“EGYPTANODE” Egyptian private free zone company” is the first Merchant coke calciner in EGYPT, this company was established to produce high quality coke products which are calcined Petroleum coke (CPC) and anode blocks to be used in the Aluminum and other chemicals industries, With The absence of any Merchant coke calciner in Egypt and the increase of the global need for such product Egypt Anode became a leading company in this industry.
Egypt Anode was established in 2007 as a Leading Company in CPC Production. In 2011, the shares of the shareholders in the company were settled, and the company began building the factory in the industrial free zone in Ain Sukhna The company's first achievements began in 2015, when it completed the first phase of the project, a calciner with a production capacity of 300 thousand tons of high-quality calcined coke. The company began full production in 2016, and the achievements continue until the present time. Phase two of the facility is to build an anode baking furnace to cover the needs of smelters worldwide. Egypt Anode aims is to produce 300,000 M/T of calcined cokes and 300,000 M/T of Carbon Anode Blocks after the full completion of the project
EgyptAnode has a Free Zone status and has all the industrial and environmental approvals to produce up to a million tons of carbon materials.The facility is located in the Governorate of Suez – Egypt, on the Southern entrance of the Suez Canal on the Red Sea, and a short distance from Egypt’s Mediterranean ports, giving it an ideal location to the Middle Eastern, European, and the American markets.

EGYPTANODE has 75% governmental shareholders and 25% private shareholders.
Governmental shareholders are: The Holding Company for Metallurgical Industries, EGYPTALUM Technologies, ElNasr Mining and The Egyptian Ferrous Alloys
ICTC owns 25% of the shares of the company as well as being the marketing arm for the calcined coke produced.

Egypt Anode is producing and exporting high quality anode grade CPC to the aluminum industry as well as TiO2 grade calcined coke to the Titanium Dioxide industry
